I have been practicing meditation for the last 23 years and I have seen it transform my life as well as the lives of the people I have worked with. I have had an intense, deep transformational experience of peace and bliss. Ever since that time, I've worked to deepen and polish my techniques, my understanding of the subject, and my bliss.
I will show you how to meditate and together we will meditate for 5 to 10 minutes each day.
